6. DATA RETENTION AND SECURE ERASURE

- Newsletter data is kept until unsubscription.
- Technical logs are purged every 180 days, unless required for legal investigations.

PrepZilla.in is intended for individuals seeking employment or higher education. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18 (India) or 13 (USA/EU). If a parent or guardian becomes aware of such data collection, please notify us immediately for expedited removal.
9. CYBERSECURITY ARCHITECTURE
We employ TLS 1.3 (Transport Layer Security) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. While we maintain rigorous security protocols, the nature of the internet precludes a 100% guarantee of security; users interact with the Platform at their own informed risk.
