PrepZilla.in provides an aggregated repository of government job notifications, admit cards, and examination results, alongside proprietary AI-integrated preparatory modules.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Informational Purpose Only: The content provided is for informational and educational purposes. PrepZilla.in is a private entity and is not associated, affiliated, or endorsed by any government agency or recruitment board.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (The “PrepZilla” IP)

The Platform and its entire contents—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, the underlying AI algorithms, and the software—are the exclusive property of PrepZilla.in or its content suppliers and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, and international intellectual property laws.

• Prohibited Acts: Users are strictly prohibited from:
  1. Using automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to extract data from the Platform.
  2. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of our AI modules.
  3. Reproducing or “mirroring” our curated lists for commercial gain without explicit written consent.

4. AI Tool Usage and “As-Is” Disclaimer

Our AI-integrated tools (including but not limited to the Essay Grader and Mock Test Simulators) utilize advanced large language models to provide feedback.

• Accuracy: While our AI is calibrated for high precision, its outputs should be considered “educational suggestions” and not absolute academic or legal truths.
• User Data: By using these tools, you grant PrepZilla a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the inputs for the purpose of refining and improving our AI models, subject to the protections outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability and “Force Majeure”

To the maximum extent permitted by the Information Technology Act, 2000, PrepZilla.in, its directors, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Government Inaccuracies: Any errors, omissions, or changes in official notifications, exam dates, or eligibility criteria issued by government boards.
• Technical Failures: Interruptions in service due to server downtime, network failures, or maintenance.
• Force Majeure: Any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government regulations, strikes, or cyber-attacks.

6. User Conduct and Account Security

If you create an account on PrepZilla:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrepZilla.in and its officers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

1. Your use of and access to the Platform.
2. Your violation of any term of these Terms.
3. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

The Platform contains links to official government websites and third-party resources. PrepZilla does not vouch for the accuracy or reliability of these external sites. Clicking on these links is done at the user’s sole risk.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Insert Your City/State, e.g., New Delhi], India.
